V6, gawd my dad would die at the fuel cost! naw its 2.0 hdi rapier i think. Ive had chance to have a look underneath, on drivers side on the wishbone on the part thats held with 2 bolts attached to the car frame (i think) i can see daylight shining through the top half of the rubber, so im guessing ...

I had a look earlier watching the springs while turning and rocking the car and didnt see much, on the top where the 3 bolts are they didnt move but on turning the metal plate with the big bolt did rock back and forward on the rubber when turning in each direction on both of them. Thanks, I got a spray of diesel in the face, but it worked :) The drain screw white thing under the filter housing, one small turn and it sheared off though, I pluged it with a steel bolt with some stretched silicone tape wrapped around the bolt as a tempory measure, any idea wherea good fit can be ...

Just to add to this, I caused a very similar fault after fixing the indicator being sloppy. The circular part that i was told not to move and tape it still i didnt do properly, and it spun and i didnt realise when putting it all back together. Okay its a 2.0 Hdi 90 and its been bought without a cat fitted, someones put a bit of pipe in its place. Ive got to replace the full exhaust as its leaking, but is it going to fail if i refit a full exhaust without a cat ? Or are the emissions going to be too high to pass without one? Or is it a leg...
