I had no issues fitting it as far as I remember. Which part of the shock tower are you struggling with?

I just lowered my 406 2.0 HDi Break with 35mm. springs from H&R. Very satisfied with the result. The car looks so much better and drives better too. I'm thinking about buying another 406 HDi. The seller says that the EML is on after changing the TPS because it has to be calibrated.
Anyone have any idea how this can be done? Is it possible with PP, or is it cheaper to get a shop to do it?

I'd buy a brand new 406 in a heartbeat if they were still coming out of the factory.. definitely one of the best cars I've ever owned.. even though mine has done well over 300 000 Km.

I think in my case all the faults were generated by the failed relay as I understand that the relay is not only responsible for power to the fuel pump but is also controlling the EGR and wastegate solenoid.. or am I wrong?

Got a brand new relay today and it immediately solved the problem and cleared all the fault codes.. very happy now

Yes, the intertia switch seems ok. I've ohm'd it. Got the car running now supplying +12v to the F25 fuse terminal. The EGR and wastegate solenoid fault codes are there still but I guess that is a result of the faulty relay. Gonna try and get a new relay tomorrow. If that solves the problem I will be...
