Re: Steering wheel volume stalk problem
On the wiring diagram it looks like it's got a socket on the stalk and the other end is plugged into the MFD (why?) Thanks for the help! Took off the steering wheel column casing and found a wire had been rubbing up on the steering rack itself. Soldered back on and it works. Sent from my iPhone usi...

Re: Steering wheel volume stalk problem
Nothing is working. I have tried to disconnect and reconnect the battery terminal but that hasn't changed anything, how would I go about resetting it, would I have to take the stalk off?

Re: HOW MANY MILES HAS YOUR PUG COVERED?

My 02 V6 has covered 143000Km. Already gone through one engine, gearbox and 2 radiators thanks to the previous owner but running sweet now.

Steering wheel volume stalk problem
2002 would be "the new style", your car must have sat around for a bit. Do the old stalks only do volume or does the other stuff work? Ah crap, I thought I'd better check in case anyone suggested it and D8 stalks are different. http://images.tapatalk-cdn.com/15/12/16/1ec9a43de54f2e9fe5522a7f16c7080...

Re: Bluetooth FM modulator thing
I have a parrot mki9100 in my Volvo. Works with Bluetooth streaming remarkably well. Connects automatically aswell. It cost me about £120 a couple of years ago.

Steering wheel volume stalk problem
Yet another problem has been added to the pile, the steering wheel volume stalk has completely died. I'm not sure if it's got a fuse or if it's connected to the radio but a little annoying when trying to change volume whilst driving. If anybody could help me out here. A new stalk is not really an op...

My car arrived back today!
So about a month and a half ago I was driving along the highway and next thing I hear is the sound of the engine failing. I was ready to sell it but a friend at work told me about a good cheap reputable garage. I agreed to take it there for an evaluation, so I put it on a trailer and much to my disg...

Squeaky Power Steering Belt
Thanks for the suggestions but the engine overheated on the way home from work today, I believe that the light brown haze on the inside of the oil cape suggests that the head gasket has blown. I am actually pretty upset to say this but I am selling it right here and not taking it back to the UK as I...

Re: Squeaky Power Steering Belt
It will probably need replacement soon anyway so I just used some wd40 on it just until I can get the parts and replaced it. It is only squeeking when I turn the wheel.

Sneaky trip!
On the 31 of Aug I decided to pack my bags and head off to the world of cartoons and pink. The only reason I did was to try and haggle a deal with a dealership to buy a car. The car in question, a 2001 Toyota Progres NC300. I decided to bring it up here as I am mesmerized by the toys that come stand...

I remember seeing a corsa b with a 3.2L v6 supercharged. I wonder how they shoehorned that in?

HID Bulb Conversion
The other day I ordered a pair of Osram HID H7 6000k bulbs which I was quite skeptical about as I did not like the blue HID's I see all the time. Here is a before and after of the installation. http://images.tapatalk-cdn.com/15/08/30/39eefc1dabe974fa0f17dfa12024c92b.jpg http://images.tapatalk-cdn.co...
