if it's ignition barrel- does that mean new ECU ?

my blower just gave up ! checked fuse layout in owners manual - only found 2 possibles - F2 in pass comp.- 5 amp & number 18 in engine comp. a 40 amp - neither are blown - checking in Haynes, am I looking at replacing blower motor / blower motor control module or any other (pref. easier) :?: things ...
