I have managed to get an ECU of version 0281010248 from Ebay, swapped the immo chip from my original ECU to it, flashed sw version 1037359169 onto the 29f400bt chip. I usually drill a hole in a driveshaft nut and split it with a chisel if it refuses to move. These nuts aren't very expensive.

My '99 HDI (RHZ) has developed a similar problem. As long as i press the accellerator pedal it stays in fifth gear, but when I release the pedal it jumps out of gear to neutral.

Has any of you had this problem before? What's causing this?
