I have a 1997 406 1.9 diesel and it starts fine in a morning or if I have left if for an hour or so. The problem is when I have been out driving and stop for 10 mins. When I try to start up again it just wont fire up. If I get jump leads on it then it is easier but not perfect. Any ideas? Thanks Gar...

I have a 406 1.9 diesel and have just fitted a new radiator. Is there a special way to refill this with coolant or do I just use the expansion chamber?
