It seems like your Hdi has the mux cluster but the donor car has a d8 or d8 1/2 cluster.

Maybe check for water under the carpet? I know it's an issue with coupes as there is a few connectors underneath that causes weird problems to occur when a bad connection occur due to water ingress.

Top one is quite easy, the gearbox one is abbot more difficult but quite straightforward and the third one requires to remove the driveshaft as it goes through the bracket and it also needs pressing I believe.
