Peter, 90s have a solid flywheel not a dmf, P406 not sure what to suggest, did they replace the flywheel at the same time or just the clutch kit :roll: They didnt replace the flywheel. Only clutch. The seal was changed when the clutch was replaced, at least that's what they told me from the service.

Well, I continued slipping it sometimes while driving today. It is kinda better, but certainly it is not completely gone. Should I keep slipping from time to time or that would kill the clutch.

Sorry for double posting, but a few minutes after my last post, things changed and after slipping the clutch a bit more, the vibration is now almost gone.

I did - no improvement. I missed to mention that it vibrates the most at 1100-1500 RPM. At 1500-1800 it is much less, at about 2000 its completely gone. But well, starting every time at 2000 rpm is a bit too much for a diesel.. And it isnt really comfortable. I have heard of some cases like mine, wh...

The engine seems stable. I tried by pushing the car while in gear, that way the engine moves a little bit but thats normal I guess.. Btw I also have noticed that the front wheels shake together with that vibration.

Well I haven't tried, but I will do, even though in both services I went to they told me they don't see any problem with any of the mounts.
