guess have to get all numbers off turbo first,know its a garrett and thats about it without taking it off

turbo is seized so need to get a service kit, if you know where to get them from and how much would be greatly appreciated

sits in vacuum side, doesnt go intoboost side whereas tried it a few weeks ago and was hittin 7psi when sat still.
