Just checked it, it starts half way on the wing (lightly) stops where it hit the wing mirror then goes deep along the door and finishes on the rear door with a small dent.
Nice. :frown:

Brother is into car valeting so hope he can get half of it out.

Key Scratch

Left work today to notice that some friend of humanity has left a nice long (about 18 inch) key or coin scratch down my drivers door. I think I had mine done at 78k. It was a bit after I had a service done and the mechanic asked me if I knew if the belt had been done before...which I didn't so we decided to do it anyway. He said the tensioners seemed fine and didn't need replacing when I had it done..they may have been changed bef...

I had a local mechanic do mine...cost me £205 for the cambelt and alternator belt...that's on a 194bhp v6 not the 210bhp version. Didn't have any of the tensioners done though..

I can't remember 100% what I did now, I know I had to chop the wires in the big orange plug..come to think of it I think I connected them to the appropriate wires from the switches, a bit of trial and error to get the right one working... Had a feeling that there had to be a live which was then spli...

Yeah I've done it and so has Captain Jack.. You need to get a live feed into the cockpit first though...the wiring under the drivers seat isn't too bad to modify, you just need to connect the wires from the seat switches to the appropriate motors..you'll probably need to solder on an earth into the ...

Rev Limiter

Does anyone have any good ideas how to overcome the rev limiter?

Not the electronic one that stops you damaging your engine....the one that sits next to you and spoils your fun! :cheesy:
