It sounds like you may have a leak on the turbo pipes somewhere? If you had the cross members etc replaced, then the big plastic pipe the goes up the back of your engine to the turbo may have been disturbed. I had a similar fault and it turned out that a bracket holding the said pipe had snapped all...

Happy to say that I found the fault today.

The link rod that connects the anti roll bar to the Macphereson strut on the OSF had sheared at the upper ball joint The broken link rod was rattling against the inner wing. How the hell did this pass the MOT???
