Nothing unusual I think, but I'll check this evening. Pumping the brakes after turning it off also stops the noise since this uses the vacuum up.

Hello all, My recently acquired HDi 110 (2003) makes an odd noise when stopped which might be best described as a parping which comes from the wastegate solenoid valve when the engine is switched off, lasting a minute or two. I can also hear it at low speeds/revs particularly on the over-run. It see...
