apparently Eurocarparts do a modulator box (fag packet size) part no 1929s that cures the problem,costs about £40.this fits under the glove box.

my speedo sticks at 40mph after just pulling away,and stays at 40 unless i give the panel a sharp tap.This fault is intermittant but is getting worse and is happening more often.Any suggestions
