Thanks, yes I thought as much but these turbo places seem to think there is a 406 with FAP engine codes! http://www.midlandturbo.com/index2.php?search=PEUGEOT http://www.arturbo.co.uk/catalogue_turbos.asp?Make=26 However, on http://wikicars.org/de/Turbocharger_application_guide it describes the D10W...

406 HDi - 110HP - D10WATED FAP / RHZ Turbo compatibility

Hello - does any one know if the KKK K03 OEM Turbocharger from a D10WATED FAP (110) would also fit/suit my 2003 D10WATED RHZ (110).... The part numbers are different: -FAP OEM 9640168280 / 53039880050 -RHZ OEM 9632427880 / 53039880018 Would it just be a case of re-programming the ECU in order to com...

Naah I don't think so mate @ auction I was offered just £200 - but not desparate (yet) and don't wanna sell 'em cheap !

Probably keep 'em (to sell with car) unless someone else really wants these S style wheels (with a free tailpipe! ;) ?

Re: 16" ALLOYS + TYRES off late 2003 406 'S'

The Original 16" Nimrods are still for-sale - if any one out there wants the 'S' look (although rear tyres aren't 5-6mm - more like 2-3mm). Also willing to throw in the original chrome tail pipe to complete 'the look'... complete with backbox that cracked/rusted at the inlet ! Need money for my next...

Re: Mod mad member's first post !

You've probably seen my old wheels for sale here on the forums (with photos of my new rims) but just in case !
PS I don't think the standard ride height looks too SUV with these size wheels filling the gaps ?

Re: 16" ALLOYS + TYRES off late 2003 406 'S'

Here's some shots of my new wheels but the tyres is what I really wanted (225/40 tyres up front & 245/40 at the rear) . newfrt.JPG newbck.JPG Admittedly they don't look as nice as my nimrods O.E wheels - but unfortunately the old 16" won't take these low profile tyres, which has made it go around co...

Re: Playing with a scooby :)

... coz "when the old one had rusted off (before I bought it) I realised it don't actually matter what size I put back on, cause the HDI isn't that loud, so I powerflowed it !!! "

Personally I hate pencil thin pipes, thats all !

Re: Playing with a scooby :)

Well actually it was a powerflow throwback, as the gentleman before me had it removed (too loud on a non-turbo), so I had it for a bargain (£50 fitted).

Re: Playing with a scooby :)

Yes I owned a twin turbo scoob (legacy gt)- before my D9 - it suffered whats called 'valley of death'; meaning a 1.1 fiesta could beat it off the lights (and cut me up!). But I really missed that phat exhaust, so when the old one had rusted off (before I bought it) I realised it don't actually matte...
