The connector block is fine, no loose wires etc, have exchanged the unit for a tested one at my local pug specialist and still no joy.

Looking like its a job for a auto electrician or the main dealer.

Hi guys, is there a seperate relay for the climate control. Is so where can i find it. The climate control panel is not working at all, tried the fuses and checked all wiring to the ignition to no avail. There seems to be a lack of relays in the car, where do i find them. Any other ideas to the prob...

Thanks for your reply, by box i mean the whole control unit just above the stereo, i went to a local pug breaker and we swapped then over but still nothing.
