The window seems to go up/down at the same speed as the others. I'll check/clean the switch connections tomorrow and if I can get the door card off without major trauma, I'll take a look at the mechanics of the open/close and see if anything is obviously wrong. OK, I deliberately left the window open and then used the deadlock feature, and sure enough it closed the window (Hurrah !) and then promptly opened it again (Boo!).
