hi, i presume the intercooler is a type of radiator (sorry not very mechanically minded) there is definately oil at the bottom of it, i will have a closer look in the morning at the valve i mentioned, cheers for your advice, i want to keep this car you see as i am told that 100k motorway miles is no...

hi again, forgot to mention another problem...when i turn on the air con i cant hear it "click in" under the bonnet which i presume you are supposed to hear, could this be a fuse, i never really use it and now it appears that it dosent work, i have been told that it needs re-gassing ?.....any advice...
