DTC Code readers
Someone at work mentioned about a CD you can get off e-bay that can be downloaded onto a laptop, then plugged into you OBD socket enabling you to read the fault codes. I've got a 51 plate 110 Hdi D9 anyone know what the name/number of the disc is ??

Air bag light still on, indicator stalk an absolute nightmare and now the horn doesn't work, can't see how it can be anything other than the comms 2000

Cheers for the reply, I'm left with three options, ignore it (as it's not an MOT fail) cut and solder seat airbag/pretensioner harness (which you have to cut and solder again if you have to take the seat out for anything) or replace the comm2000, which, is looking favourite as the indicator stalk is...

Airbag Warning light
Read all the threads on here now refering to Airbag failures and it seems apparent that the Airbag warning light flashes to determine the actual fault. 1.. Permanantly on 2.. On for 5 seconds then flashes 3.. flashes Can anyone tell me the actual fault allocated to each warning description

NOTICED THAT MY AIRBAG LIGHT CAME ON THE OTHER DAY (NOT FLASHING), WHEN IGNITION TURNED OFF THE AIRBAG LIGHT STAYED OFF UNTIL I DROVE THE CAR A FEW YARDS THEN IT WOULD COME ON AGAIN.
