After taking the pump apart all thats in there is a electric pump ! and sods law i not that long ago sold two holly pumps which would of done the job as there is nothing special about the pump thats in a load of plastic and i have found a site on the net that sells them for £84 !!

that the pump in the tank in the 406 hdi 110 est is the same in the saloon and was wondering even if the 405,s are aswell ? as my one has given up now after bashing it for a week or so and i am not buying a new one.

How easy is it to get the pump out of the tank as I have tried to twist off the black ring but I cant move it and tried tapping it round with a blunt screwdriver but all that does is snap off the plastic bits, so am I doing some thing wrong ? hdi 406 est W reg

didnt dent the door and reason for calling pile of sh1t is iv always been a renault laguna man and i know they are both french but renault are better qaulity.

£460 !!!! far to much, i paid £110 total for a complete clutch kit fitted on my hdi 110 w reg from my loacal garage and the highest quote i got was £240 from mr clutch so some ones trying to rip you off.

well found out why the "abs fault" came up on screen and it was due to the ring around the shaft had snapped and was dangling loose so i pinched it together with a pair of grips and welded it to the shaft and sorted warning gone !
