Its worth noting that the fans seem to come in when it would be around 100degrees so that all seems to be working. Just the gauge.

Neil, what bushes were they? Trying to work out what is causing the clunk and the weird handling/roll!

Its the first and last time im taking the car to that garage. Tried to tell me i needed a whole new exhaust and 2 front tyres (had them done last month!!!). I took it to them as it has a knocking noise over small bumps at low speed. I assume its the fronts (although the back steps out round corners....

Sensor takes about 5 mins to change :d

The temp sensor is about £12 from a Pug Stealer.
