Fan finally working again, my original resistor repaired by firm on ebay but a also ordered a new resistor off ebay for 20 quid. At first both original and new resistor didn't seem to be working. i tried testing for 12v on the feed and load supply on repaired resistor and new .......all ok . But whe...

thanks for the info........ i contacted the repair service and they said they found a fault in the resistor pack , i had a short circuit mosfet ????? and it was repaired & tested before being dispatched . they have however offered to retest the pack. my next question is there anything else i can che...

Does anyone have a heater resistor for a 406 2.0 hdi 110 on a 51 plate with aircon.It's the one that sits up in the passenger foot well with a the green 2 pin plug and a 4 pin plug going to it. i have a 51 plate 2ltr hdi with 81600 on the clock and its due for a timing belt change . i,ve been quoted £450+ for the belt kit tensioners and water pump plus labour but do i really need to change the water pump etc haven't had them done on previous cars and didn't have it done on the wife's 306 d...

I've just bought a 406 glx 2.0 hdi on a 51 plate , i'm looking to fit a 6 disc exchanger in the left pocket in the boot . What model clarion cd changer should i be looking for as i've seen a few on ebay and i'm not sure which model is compatable . .....thanks
