For Sale 406 estate 2.0l HDI Exec

No cabin heater

No voltage at the motor after 3 hours of dangling upside dow and jiggling every visible connector enough is enough :evil:

I'm an electrical engineer and they baffle me :lol:

On the good side is I get 55mpg on a run when my right foot is being boring. :cheesy:

Hi All I've a 406 2.0l HDI Exec whose cabin fan has stopped working completely. Initially this wasn't an issue as most of my milage is on motorways and with the controls set to defrost it keeps the cabin clear, but now as its getting colder it's not the best trying to drive through an internal fog. ...

Radiator Cooling Fan

Hi all I have aproblem with my 406 HDI radiator cooling fan it doesnt run. I have checked and changed the 3 relays behind the grille but this hasnt changed anything. when I short out the blue relay th fan spins up to full speed and on the green one's it runs at slower speeds. Hi Welton
Thanks for the info I'll pass it on, the cars done around150k and apart from a test drive in it, I got the keys and dropped it straight round to the garage so I cant tell if the problem clears or not. I do around 850 miles a week (mainly motorway) so I need it to be realiable.
