Mine the same around 80 its just purring to you thats all if you think about it the exhaust manifold is right next to the bulkhead because its the way the engine is tilted back.

Im not to sure but i reckon my vauxhall vectra had a heating system to stop the diesel from thickning up in cold weather i dont know if its true or not dont know if that any help to you :? or it could be the air flow meter my old vectra did the same loss of power and it was the air flow meter it was...

is it petrol or diesel if its petrol then all you have to do is follow the throttle cable to the front of the engine until you see a clip pushed on the cable all you have to do is pull the clip off and pull back the cable back a couple of clicks and push the clip back on but dont do it to much other...

I ended up sticking a choc block up on mine underneath the seats and seem to cure straight away the previous owner looked like they had fun they must have used a full roll pvc tape around on each one and its probaly best to do both of them whilst you still in the mood.

mine a bit hesitant when it been cold pulling away but mile down the road its fine i just thought mine done 150k it must be clog up with something i was thinking shooting some carb cleaner down its neck to see if that helps but touchwood mine has'nt said anything about 'Anti Pollution' sound expensive

The engine in the top picture is the newer EW10 J4 which came out 1999 because i've got the same engine in my 406

I got a little problem with my buzzer for my indicators and warning display and i just wonderd how do you take out the dashboard to get to the buzzer so i can do my magic to it and breathe life in to it again.

it been serviced 6 month ago when i brought it but i dont know if the plugs have been changed come to mention it it is like lumpy idiling

my puggy has covered 150 000 miles i brought it six months ago 2.0 petrol and in that time i repaired the indicator stalk the air bag warning light and bulbs in the clock had gone its also got a knocking sound from front i reck it could be the anti roll bar bushes worn other than that its been a goo...

misfire when idliling
I got a 2.0 non hpi D9 and its misfiring when its idiling its fine when you accerlerate but when you come to a stop its just sounds a bit rough. The engines ticks over around 600-650 rpm mark i dont know if this has to do with anything o its fine when its cold because the engine idiling is higher :s...
