I've suddenly lost a lot of power especially in the low revs. What is also strange is that the revs take ages to build up. Also if I've been moving at high revs then stop it takes a long time for the revs to come down to the idle revs of 1000. Any ideas?

I'm considering doing it myself but wanted to know form anyone first hand roughly how long it will take and what other bits I may need (not inc clutch itself).
