They are rokkor Coilovers and are really good. Yes it is for front and back. The front is height adjustable and the rear is sports shocks and springs set at 40 - 50mm.

Errrmmm..... I think I done about 3 or 4 coats. I just guessed with mine, if the light starts to look a lil bit dull stop.

If you do tint them do both lights at the same time i.e. put them side by side and go back and forth across both, this way they will have the same amount of tint on. Also just do 1 coat at a time as when it dries it looks darker than when its wet, I did a light coat on both let it dry then tried the...
