Re: Wobbly rear end
Apart from checking the anti roll bar bushes and link rods, you should check the shock absorbers for leaking and push down on the rear end, if there is a "bouncy" effect, or lack of resistance to you pushing down on the rear, you may have seriously worn shock absorbers. What you describe is classic...

Re: Wobbly rear end
Check the antirollbar bushes and the link rods. I had a grab and a tug the best i could.. didnt really feel any movement  You may not if you grab the wheel while it's jacked up. But if the rear end is sloppy something must have play in it! If you're good with spanners the parts are cheap and ...

Wobbly rear end
Im concerned at the pugs rear.. Everytime i go over a bump, the rear end shimmies about, its like driving a bendy bus.
Iv jacked it up, but there appears to be little or no play in the wheels.. Any ideas what could be the cause of this?..
Thanks
Kev

Sticky clutch/pedal
Hi guys. Just bought a 406 2l GLX. Im taking issues with the clutch pedal being pretty sticky on release. Particularly in 1st gear.. its very jerky and sticky when bringing the pedal back up.. making it quite hard to pull away smoothly! Does this sound like a problem with pedal, cable or the clutch ...
