early 110 pumps are smaller ring size than later (more orange colour) pumps. early ones come out, later type i took a chisell to the car then bash back after job done.

Well, this mechanic of 40 years experience believes that fitting the injection cleaner directly into the filter housing is by far the most effective way of using it. i agree with this method. on the flip side, since its main ingredient seems to be kerosine i do wonder if a 10 second flush or a pint...

mine was worn , bite was at top. new fitted, bite at top. infact i think its a charecteristic of the hydraulic clutch. i would check if it needs bleeding but as long as it doesnt slip i wouldnt worry.

this may sound simple but check fuel filter. a blocked filter will act like a rev limiter.

i was under the impression that the 406 wasnt fitted with anti polution gadgets? my ones 2002 and 2003 certainly wernt.

one thing that concerns me is that the actual map alterations are unknown, it would be better if a map file from a known install was used ?
