Recently i noticed my rear offside tail light was not working, aswell as the rear offside tail light on my car trailer, checked the front lights and the front near side sidelight was not working?
bulbs are fine, fuses all look ok.
Any ideas chaps?

changed the mount and the noise is still there. if you suddenly plant your foot on the throttle, or suddenly take your foot off the throttle, i still get a knock by the footwell, it seems to get louder/ more exaggerated if your turning right, ive had a look and yanked the ARB, and drop links etc and...

Had it up on ramp, lower mounts completely shagged. How much is a newun roughly.

I've had a good look at the top mount and it looks ok.doesn't move Too much when its revved. So I guess its the lower mount, any tips or advice ?

Mine was doing it for a couple of seconds every couple of months, now its got to the stage where its doing it every journey.
better get it fixed, cant have my sensible car more unreliable than my track car on the way to nurburgring in april.

i have ordered the sensors and will switch them tomorrow and reset the ecu over night.

Ive just ordered the two engine management temp sensors. one was 20 quid, the other was a tenner, i didnt know which was which, so i got both,

occassionly when starting the engine the engine used to surge the throttle by it self, fluctuating between 1k and 2k rpm,then would stop, but when you drove away to revs used to raise to something like 5-5.5k rpm and slowly drop back to idle. although it stopped and carried on per usual. it has done...

Also it may be a coincidence, but third only started playing up shortly after driving through a large flood ( as deep as the headlights at one point) is it possible for the gear box to of sucked in some flood water or something?

Brand new system from a local motor factors, engine and box are 176K with gearlube changed every 30K and mainly motor way driven. But if the box is dying there is nothing i can do about it. the gearlube in there is about 6K old now.

Evening, replaced the hydraulic system, its im proved all the sloppyness from the pedal, and most of the gears select smoothly, Although third is still rather tempermental, and likely to crunch or not select 75% of the time. the clutch still grips fine, are the clutch plates nackerd or is the gearbo...
