have you modified the exhaust manifold? thought you could only fit the standard t25 due to the weird exhaust layout?

back working on my engine again and still running rough, every possible sensor + wiring loom has been changed and still running same. idles like its hunting, can drive the car but when it hits 3k+ revs it bogs and back fires big, if i drive it slowly its fine. left the engine to idle after a little ...

if you take the original in to an engineering shop im sure they could tell you or evan fit it for you.

theres non in the scrappys round mine, looks like im going to go wider but thought id post on here just incase someone knows of one! and yes i do need petrol parts, xu10j2te etc is what i need. thanks

i take it the d8 is the turbo? what you doing with the car buddy? i need to try components on my engine to see if they will make mine work haha as you have seen in my thread my car is running rough yet all the new stuff iv used. i think my ignition amp may be a pattern part and iv heard they hardley...

anybody know of a scrapyard in the northwest with either car but must be a turbo engine breaking around the wigan/manchester area? im willing to travel a bit but not too far!

nah noone around here, it was an auto electrician i got out who had no idea about electrics lol, all he had was a tester thats it! he was useless so going to see if i can get somebody else out.

my thoughts exactly, all the topics iv looked at on 306gti6 forum which is also non obd 2 pin and 205forum have all stated only snapon and peugeot diag2000 can connect. snapon didnt for me lol

have you ever had your 406 2.0 8v petrol turbo plugged in to diagnostics? did they use the 2 pin plug in the engine bay? im asking as iv had mine plugged in recently by a snapon machine and it wouldnt connect? iv traced the wires back and its definetly wired in correct and was wondering if anyone ha...
