Ive just had a look and the only visable number is PA66-GF 35.

they are not the same cables, i got them from just peogeot parts ltd and the sent the wrong ones, i dont have the lift and reverse mech and the cables are a little too short....

i'm looking for new selector cables for my 406 2.2sri 2001 wont go into reverse, common problem i'm told, and also the radio display doesnt turn off every time i turn the ignition off and the battery has gone flat a couple of times any ideas why this happens. thanx

Hi there. Could be the linkages but also could be the selector shaft's bent in the 'box :( You don't say what breed of 406 you have so I don't know if it's rods or cables but either way make sure they're all nicely lubed up. 406s don't generally do that, crunchy changes, grinding noises and the occ...

My 51 plate 406 keeps jumping out of reverse and i'm becoming very embarrassed when it happens. Can it be sorted?
