Its a D9 model, 99 T plate hdi. The only thing i've fitted is a parrot hands free kit, witch also stays on, but the power is fed from the sterio permanent feed, even with the hands free kit unplugged it has no effect.

MFD and radio stays on
Hi can anyone help, my mfd and stereo stay on, the stereo can be turned of manually, but the MFD stays on pemantantly, its also a bit dim, but guess thats because a bulb has blown, also the outside air temp just shows 2 dash's, guess the sensor has packed up, but it happened at the same time as the ...

Yep checked rthe fuses, Its bloody working again now, damne french electrics, but will take the cluster out and go over the soldering again bud, thanks, for the advise

The crank pully is fine, was of when i did the cam belt, and has been replaced resently as the last one seperated (inner to outer). Have just ordered a Diff kit from pug, only cost £100 inc vat from them, so will rebuild the box. (get discount at the garage as they were the Toyota garage that i did ...

well just swaped the gear box over with another one, and the car is mutch better, took the old diff of and the two small drive ouy py gears in the middle of the diff are realy worn, so will replace them and put the box back in and see if that has qured the problem completly.

The drive shafts have been checked in the past couple of weeks by a shaft repair company, and they are fine, so the only thing left is possibly somthing internal in the gear boxas its speed and load related, there is no movment in any of the bushes on the front end, so just sourcing a replacement bo...

Thanks for the offers of gearbox's, but unfortunatly peugeot had a vast number of box's fitted to there cars, the best discription of my box is a hudralic operated clutch, and has a horn shape shifter on the rear upper face of the box (as it would sit in the car) with a ball joint. just looked at the post, vibration whist accelerating, and looks like diff bearings, so get another gear box and see how I go, god i hope this sorts it, I know the underside of my car perfectly, and am a dab hand at taking the drive shafts off and back on, he he

Hey bud, sounds like the same problem I have, I'm looking at the box aswell, just trying to source a second hand one cheapish to swap, done all the same things aswell, but done it myself as I'm a ex toyota apprentice mechanic. Does it subside around 45mph?
