Well it seems there are 2 paint codes! The aerosol supplied by the dealer to their paint code and the one on the door sticker! Anyway it was warm yesterday and I sprayed the repair, not a bad match, so at least something worked!

It's weeping from the right hand joint ( cam belts side) So worth a try, once the oil hits the drive shafts it goes everywhere so it difficult to see where it's coming from, i'll change the gasket this weekend. Thanks for your suggestion. :-)

Carefully take the switch apart and carefully apply contact cleaner or blow it out with one of those aerosol air cans, make sure there is no debris inside which causes the contact to stick/miss contact also check for damaged wiring where the loom goes through the door. Hi Guy's. You were right! It was the tyres! Changed both side rears and the noise has gone! Now all I have to do is to fix the drivers window switch as the window only goes up and down when it feels like it!
