not sure which fuse it would be,does this model have a relay

WIPERS NOT WORKING AT ALL,GOT WATER JETS OK,I HAVE ALSO GOT A RAIN SENSOR ON THE CAR,SOMEONE TOLD ME IT COULD BE ALTERNATOR OR BSI????
ALSO SHOULD ONE SIDE OF THE RAIN SENSOR FLASH WHEN I PUT STALK ON 1ST SETTING???

this morning took key out of the ignition and the lights stayed on plus all the indicators didnt work,radio now wont come on,wipers wont work any ideas please,

406 glx 2.0l wipers not working,water jet working on stalk,fuses seem ok,i have a rain sensor on the car ,first car weve had with rain sensor,not had any joy getting them to work,tryed the wiper motor to battery and that works ok,,help needed please
