Regardless of the power draw for your LED lights, It needs to be done to the building regs, Someone in the future may fit other types of lighting.

Both our 406's have gone, Now running a C5 Tourer and a C4 Hatch.
I look after a couple of 406's for friends and would have another if I could find one that's been stored and perfect condition, These modern motors are too complex and full of emission shite

This Corona lock down is doing my vehicles a bit of good, Both cars washed, Mine fully waxed and cleaned out. Two motorbikes washed and ready to polish. Garden strimmed, trees pruned and grass cut. Must be beer o'clock....

I just bought a 2013 C5 Tourer Estate, Massive interior, Not been far yet but looks promising. The 406's where so good that they take some beating. Maybee this will do it

It was a FAI timing chain kit, I bought it through Lymm Engine Components, Full kit with guides, tensioners Chain and Oil pump drive chain. The only way to check wear is with software that measures difference between crank and cam position and gives a degree reading, My new chain started off at 7.9 ...

To replace 1 of our 406 estates I got a 2009 Mazda 6 Estate with a 2.2 MZR-CD 185HP Diesel, I wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy, Nice car to drive but in the past 12 months its had 2 x timing chains, The first one I fitted at 160000 miles as the original was badly stretched, failed under part...

Thanks very much, There is a French website with them on, (valeo units with detailed photo's and part numbers) I am just setting off to work for a week and will remove the old one and compare it when I get home next weekend.
