hi guys after all my topics - i replaced my ecu, turbo parts and fixed the gear box recently.. my hdi 2.2 (2002) 406 coupe does not hit anything beyond 200 kmh anymore - even before the remap it hit 230 easily.. - no i can reach 200 kmh really fast but wont hit more.. there is no error or limp mode....

i fixed the problem / or actually my dealer with fixing the turbo pipe.. its been leakin .. now there is no more black smoke no more limp mode n full power horraaaaayy ;) and wasnt even that expensive. thanks to all!

but its right that this cable (circled 1) is not connected anywhere going down there?

wt.. i just discovered a loose cable!!!! does anybody know where it should be connected to? its from the diesel filter(?!) down see red marked 1 .. that cable is loose.. and the whole engine down there black full of liquid .. and 2 nothing connected? http://www.fotos-hochladen.net/thumbnail/image016...

well at the end its always dark dark black smoke especially over 3000... whats that test n ure sure i get some closure abut the problem? at the end i really dont know what could be wrong ? egr is blocked (at least 99%) defap no cat.. the car is remapped n been driving well till now.. under 3000 its ...

hi every1 i blanked of my egr .. still load of smoke.. should i clean the egr than =? (if so anyone done that on 2.2. hdi==?) anyways black smoke is less now its more white smoke now.. still a lot! (especially on kickdown - ive manual).. but still a lot of smoke n still after 2500/3000 anti polution...

hey i thanks for the fsat reply steve as always :) anyways i think ure quite right the fact i didnt mention was i changed my ecu and as i red on the egr valve now after refitting it has to be adapted to the ecu (i guess programmed?) as i just programmed the ecu with the radio that might actually b t...

hi guys!got a big problem with ma coupe (12/2001 -hdi 2.2 turbo diesel) since a bit of time whenever i accelerate and hit above 2000-2500 the car starts blowing LOADs of grey and at the end black smoke out.. after hitting it a bit more normaly im back in limp mode around 3000.. (anti polution error)...

hey marty i seem to have the same problem (at least i hope to be that one cause it seems to be coming with an "easy" solution) well anywas can u please post pictures of the pipe and where it is or some? i got big load of black smoke but full turbo till 2,5rpm - 3 rpm than polution fault with limp mo...

UP and on again ! already remapped ! ! now im back to the old turbo problem like in the other topic.. but well! also noticed the windows wont close anymore with the key?! anywa...

haha sorry ! yes it opens and closes normally its the right one programmed for this bsi. i think as mentioned above its locked from before its not the new key... there any fuse or unblocking option?

hey thanks for your idea but im not even quite sure i get you :D well here a picture of the "new" key http://s1.directupload.net/images/110707/plcv8abl.jpg the 2 left parts (chip and cover) are "new" the fob/key case inc. key is the old key so i basically just changed the chip for the bsi to connect...

hi after (and im actually quite sure before my change of the ecu when i broke it) i got the "electronic anti-theft system defective" error in my car.. 406 coupe so i CANT start the engine i got the left symbol with the key and it wont start.. i just changed bsi and ecu and key fob... all same time s...
