Hi All, New record for me. Arundel - Oxford - Arundel (240 miles roundtrip) and trip computer showed 72.5 mpg average once home. 190,000miles - had to rag the arse off the car on return from oxford - handled it pretty well - I would like to think spooling up the turbo for a high speed cruise may have done her some good! hammered the fuel economy though - 64mpg on arrival (60mph cruise) - 52 on return leg (80mph cruise)

lidl at the moment 10w/40 - £9.99 for 5L - could be absolute cack but with a frequent change it may be better than super-douper stuff doing 12,000m?
