Hi there assume its petrol? had similar problem mines a 1996 and number 10 in engine compartment fuse box, yours may be mark two so may be differant, go to electrical on this site and the info may be there! Hi there, does it have an ECU? if it does, connect battery and turn ignition to stage two, leave for a bit, maybe 30 secs before trying to start, this allows ecu to re-set. Otherwise, has it got an immoboliser?

Hi There thank you guys for the advice, I will have a go at direct feeding the pump tomorrow and also check out the sensor, the relay is brand new from local pug dealer and the outcome is the same as when the old one was on so no change at all. Looks like a busy w'end with the car, at least the snow...
