thatll be because as aircon chills the air it inherantly removes moisture (most if not all A/C units will have a vent to allow large amounts of water leave the system, in the summer this is why your car has a wee when the air con is on!) if you blow dry air at any temperature at a moisture source it...

i never noticed when it went down... probably wont notice when it goes up apart from fuel... didnt BP release record profits last year of sommin silly like £35BILLION!?!? in the next breath i also think they admitted to being able to find the oil, dig it out of the ground, refine the funk out of it ...
