Is the stepper motor (end) still a nice do,e shape or has it worn down? If it's worn down then it's not doing a good enough job.

What?! My 1.9 405 was last rolling roaded at 124.3bhp and 195ftlb. Since then it was re-tuned and upto approx 130bhp/220 ftlb. Last week i had my MOT had to de-tune. Then re-tuned and it feels roughly 140bhp and 230 ftlb ish. Simple job to tune the 1.9's... fit an 11mm head to the pump from a transi...

Sounds like you need to reset the brains, there's a proceedure for resetting the windows on a megane so i'm sure there's the same proceedude for the laguna. I think it's something like 'both fronts down, then turn ignition on, then wait for both down, then both up for 20 seconds, ignition off then t...

Glowplugs :) Try lighting up the glowplug light two or three times before you start. Guarantee it :) Edit... you tried glowplugs. What brand were they?
