its already just been done, i have noticed that the coolant temp fluctuates, its just had a new radiator fitted so assumed it was an air lock, am i right in thinking that the bleed valve is the plastic winged screw? If it is then it didnt need bleeding as there wasnt any air released from there... I...

Ive done a good run on the motorway today, only getting 39mpg, driven my dads x reg 406 estate GLX for the last 8 weeks and got a minimum of 44mpg...
Does the rapier have a different gear ratio or is there something a miss?

Is it possible to fit after market cruise control to the rapier model? Its the only thing thats really missing, loving the car already and only done 50 miles

My other car is a 1990 lotus elan so im used to dodgy electrics, and things generally falling apart.
Both cars have solid engines which is the main thing.

Hi, thought id introduce myself.
picking up my 406 rapier estate 2002 in met light blue 2.0 hdi tomorrow. 71,000 miles new cambelt and radiator. Its got the 9 spoke 15" wheels.
overall very tidy just slight damage to passenger side sill.
Just hope i dont mend up with many problems!
