Pressure regulator on the back of the HP pump, I had changed this , but it turned out that the one I fitted was faulty too.... Lesson learned I guess, never buy of Ebay, but how many of you would of stumped up £250 for a recon pump and pressure reg on a hunch .... ? :-/

Thanks Discopol I do not disagree that this would be priming itself again as the fuel had run back, the problem is you would need a slight period of time for the fuel to run back, where as when the car is running it runs perceftly well yet as soon as I switch off , even if I crank immediately again ...
