After Coops post i finaly tried disconnecting my MAF yesterday. Normal power resumed right away. So I guess it was a easy fix although I think this part is costly at Pug dealer. But at least now I know what was wrong

Just came to think about this: Tried to swap the EGR and turbo solenoid and the performance then was truly dreadful. It sounded like a lorry and drove like a snail.
