Cleaned the air flow metre and still no joy

Iv had a look around on internet and come to the conclusion that it might be the air flow meter so on having a look at mine its full of crud so off to the motor factors to get some carb cleaner fingers crossed

Iv never used it, personally i wouldn't use it not if there is a chance of it clogging up. I had a leak on my 05 audi a3 i took out the rad filled it with water found where the leak was and used liqud metal to fix it about 18 months ago, and its sill going strong it only took me a few hours, why not...

gents i hooked my 406 up to a sealy computer, as its in limp mode. the ecu told me that flow sensor signal open circuit or short circuit to earth, so cleared it down, engine started a revved well 8) but then striate back in to limp mode, :( so cleared down again the same thing happened. :cry: some o...

Hi does anyone in the Plymouth area have this bit of kit??

just got my second 406 estate hdi 90 (1999 175000 on the clock) only 5 years apart, don't know much about the pugs mechanics but handy with the spanners, so i hope to i can offer something on this site not just take.
