yes they are the same got my 306 dt alternator and tried to fit it to my 406 and guess what, it doesnt fit. when you put the first mounting bolt in and swing the alternator to line up the second hole the body of the alternator hits the mounting bracket before the hole lines up. i can only imagine t...
