I have a problem with reaching the upper bolt when the fog light is in place. Does anyone has any suggestions for mounting the fog lights on my D9 without removing the bumper?

Thanks guys, such a relief. I have an Alpine HU in my 406 d9, but my control stalk isn't working. Can you please tell me if the proposed adaptors are suitable with Alpine head units and with my car? It'll be so awesome if I can solve this problem!!!
