thanks for advice engine is a 2ltr automatic p reg can't budge the bottom hose from inside of rad. or the other end soaked it with wd40 but having no effect

i have a p reg 406 rad. has developped a leak trying to take rad.out but can't get bottom hose off. if i cut hose off would i be able to put a larger hose over the pipes & fasten with jubilee clips
