Re: 406 110 HDI Anti Pollution Fault
Should take 4.5 litres, including filter change. It can take 3 - 5 'journeys' to reset the EML if you have an intermittent fault. If it stays on longer than this, it's a 'permanent fault', but easier to diagnose. (If you add your location someone local may offer to help) Praise the gods.... ...

Re: 406 110 HDI Anti Pollution Fault
Thanks for the input.
Well check engine light [engine management light] is lit on the dash. And there is beep as well few seconds after starting the car.
I guess I will get it checked if it starts behaving erratically. Right now she is sweet as ever. Might need an oil change though.

Re: 01' 406 Key Fob.
Yep, that seems to be it. I've never had a car with dead locks but it seems to be an extra stage of locking, lock the car in the normal way with the big button, then press the small button & and now the car can't even be opened if someone smashes a window. Now then, I've tried a semi-mux SE coupé i...

Re: 01' 406 Key Fob.
So if my car has dead locks, it will have 2 button key fobs.
And if not then a 1 button fob...???
Im just guessing if this is the case.
