I had this problem with my estate. It was caused by a single broken wire within the tailgate. Next to right hand hinge is a black corrugated rubber trunking. (Right hand with the tailgate up and looking into the back). I had to cut the rubber conduit off with a stanley knife to see the wires clearl...

Lots of info on here about EGR removal or replacement. It seems the pro's to cleaning and keeping the EGR is that the engine warms up quicker and you don't need to remap the car. The con's are having dirty exhaust smoke and having to clean it again someday. Mine has been removed and I am very happy...

i replaced my air flow meter with a cheap one from ebay as when i ran diagnostics on the car it showed a fault now the fault is gone but a new fault is there it is Intermittent fault. EGR air circuit fault. Air flow higher than recommended. the car is a 406 saloon 2.0 hdi 110 year 2000 done around 1...

hi when i turn on the heater in my d9 406 2.0 hdi 110 the speed can change itself when i turn it on to 4 it might blow hard for a bit and get weak for a bit and blow hard for another bit i saw heater problems on this site before but when i searched i couldnt find any, i heard it might be the resiste...
