when mine was leaking not so long ago i made a little cut in the door seal, its not pretty but it stops the water from going in the car.

i've heard that the engine cover vibration can cause the dipstick to pop out, mine was doing it so i got another one from the dealer for about £11.00. mine seems ok so far, i don't have any idea where the breathers are though.

ive put a poly bush on mine, it vibrates slightly more but nothing too much to worry about, the other one was a right bastard to get out tho, mines a red powerflex one for the 306 diesel & i got it from awesome. have a look here for some good info, http://306oc.co.uk/forum/thread-5421.html cheers lee

hi, ive got the battery charge fault message on the display of my car, i changed the alternator today due to the old one having a squeeky bearing, 1st alternator was put in & i got the message up & the alternator was making a hell of a racket so i took it back to the shop but they were shut, so i go...

It's possible to install the bottom engine mount bush in the wrong orientation - the rubber 'doughnut' has two spaces which have to be aligned with the way the engine's supposed to be able to move, (can't remember the right way tho). :oops: :cry: i had that one done at a garage as ive no way of doi...

update. all engine mounts have been changed now & it still does it, its like the lower engine mount & the nearside mount are too soft or knackered, there all genuine items from the dealers, could it be fuel related in any way? lee
