Yes HDI had the gasket replaced today.

Found the problem head gasket gone between 1 & 2 cyclinders.

Think cam belt may have slipped, damaged to cam followers

Looks ok, no warning lights on, but difficult to start.

I have a 2003 100bhp estate. Just stopped engine due to what sounds like exhaust sound coming from inter cooler pipe, very loud popping when pipe is removed from inter cooler. Has any body got any ideas.

Hi Used them for exhausts. Give them a ring and you can order over the phone and get the right part.

Just sold a 1997 1.9td with 248,000 on the clock. Still running great got £500 for it.

So stay away from the cheap copy?

Are the cheaper crankshaft pulleys for hdi engines from GSF ok, or should I get the dearer one from eurocar parts, or one from main dealer.
